What The Golf? is a quirky physics-based golf game with a range of challenges that mostly don't resemble actual golf. The game has 11 areas, starting at area 10 and counting down. Players can unlock trophies by completing tasks, such as getting crowns for all levels and collecting terminals and chests. One trophy, the Portal Golf Trophy, can be obtained by getting a crown on every Portal-themed flag on the left side of Level 06 in the Golf Lab. Using portal guns
In What the Golf, there is a level with one portal gun hanging from the ceiling. Here, it is recommended to try putting a portal on the angled ceiling. If you know basic portal mechanics, you should be able to understand what to do from there. Another user suggests alternating between the ground and the ceiling, making sure you have a portal on the furthest left part of the ceiling, which will eventually throw the ball towards the flag.
In the Golf Lab, at the centre of most levels, you will find a red portal near where each computer boss is. Going through this red portal will teleport you to a small collectible room where you can admire all the rewards you have collected from chests. Microscope (Portal Golf)
To unlock the Microscope trophy in What the Golf, you must complete the Portal Golf challenge. This involves creating portals that, when entered, expel you out of another. Use this mechanic to complete the flags and challenges in the level.

Super Hot-themed room
The Super Hot-themed room in What the Golf is located on the right side of Level 06 in the Golf Lab. The room features mechanics inspired by the game SUPERHOT, where time only moves when you move.
To get a crown on every SUPER HOT-themed flag in this room, you need to navigate the challenges presented by the SUPERHOT-inspired mechanics. Each flag you successfully get a crown on brings you closer to the Super Putt Trophy.

Secret portals
In the Golf Lab, players can find a red portal at the centre of most levels, near the Computer Boss. This portal teleports the player to a collectible room where they can view their rewards. Along the right-hand side of this room are portals that can be used to access every level of the Golf Lab.
