Lorraines's Business Proposal
In the Nintendo Switch game Golf Story, Lorraine's office is a location the player visits to discuss business. It is situated south of Tidy Park.
Lorraine is a character met at Tidy Park, who asks the player to come and visit her office later. Once there, she offers the player a contract, which is a "business opportunity". This contract is exclusive, and the player is given a reward, the "Pro Woods (+15 yards, reduced strike)!", and a match card.
To reach Lorraine's office, the player must first win the Tidy Cup tournament, which grants access to the pro tour. The player must then schmooze with the people in the room, including a bearded man at a table, who warns the player to stay away from Oak Manor, and gives them a key. The player must then talk to most of the people in the room, and the owner of the club, who will grant them membership.

Match at Cheekybeak Peak
Golf Story is a golf-oriented role-playing game for the Nintendo Switch. The game does not follow a structured level or chapter layout, but instead progresses through various courses and competitions. One of these courses is Cheekybeak Peak, which comes after Wellworn Grove 2 and before Wellworn Grave 3.
In the game, the player must travel around the world, discovering new areas, towns, and courses, and using their golf skills to solve puzzles and progress in the game. The player can also acquire new equipment and upgrades to improve their golfing abilities.
At Cheekybeak Peak, the player is tasked with resolving a conflict between the older players from Tidy Park and the younger players from Wellworn Grove. The conflict arises when a stray golf ball hits a golf cart, and the two groups decide to settle their differences through a doubles match at Wellworn Grove. The player joins Jerome, representing Tidy Park, in the match. The course itself is not too difficult, but the player must play from wherever Jerome's tee-off lands, which is often a disadvantageous position.
After winning the match, the older players invite the player to join them in the sauna, where they mention the Coldwind Wastes and a man who may have the old rule book. Before heading to the Coldwind Wastes, the player is instructed to visit Lorraine's office, located just south of Tidy Park, to discuss a business opportunity.

Acquiring Teddy as a caddy
To acquire Teddy as a caddy in Golf Story, players must first visit Lorraine's office. There, they will meet Max Yards and Teddy, Coach's former student. Max will challenge the player to a 9-hole course match at Bermuda Isles. If the player beats Max, Teddy will become their caddy. Specifically, the player must beat Max in at least five holes to earn $25.50 and Teddy as their caddy.
Before visiting Lorraine's office, players must first complete a series of tasks. After Coach leaves, players must talk to Teddy and challenge him on the course. They will play the first three holes of the Wellworn Grove course, and if the player wins two out of three holes, they will complete the challenge and receive $12.50. Next, the player must return to the area outside the clubhouse and talk to Lara. For her challenge, there is a hole on the other side of the walking path to the east, and the player must land on the green, with the ball bouncing on the path along the way. This challenge awards the player $3.00. Finally, the player must head inside the clubhouse and enter the "simulator room" to challenge Nathan. The player must simply hit a ball at the back screen to win $2.70.
After completing these challenges, the player must visit Lorraine at her office, located just south of Tidy Park. There, the player will encounter Max and Teddy, and the challenge for Teddy as a caddy begins.

Golf etiquette
Golf Story is a video game for the Nintendo Switch, and Lorraine is a non-playable character (NPC) in the game. In the game, players can visit Lorraine at her office, which is located south of Tidy Park.
Now, here are some paragraphs on golf etiquette, focusing on the topic of "Where is Lorraine's Office?" in Golf Story:
Golf is a game that is often associated with etiquette and sportsmanship. While the rules of golf are essential to know, the etiquette involved in the game is equally important to ensure an enjoyable experience for all players. Here are some key aspects of golf etiquette to keep in mind, especially when visiting Lorraine's office in Golf Story:
Respect and Courtesy: Visiting Lorraine's office in Golf Story is a crucial part of the game, as she offers the player a contract and the opportunity to discuss business opportunities. It is important to approach this interaction with respect and courtesy. Be mindful of her time and be open to the discussion she wishes to have. This reflects the broader golf etiquette of valuing respect and courtesy towards fellow players, caddies, and anyone involved in the game.
Pace of Play: In the context of Golf Story, taking too much time in Lorraine's office could impact the player's progress in the game. Similarly, in real-life golf, the pace of play is crucial. Beginners should grasp the concept of "ready golf," which means being prepared to hit as soon as it is your turn and not holding up the group behind you. Excessive slow play can ruin the experience for other golfers waiting to play.
Group Dynamics: When interacting with Lorraine in her office, players may have the opportunity to engage with other characters or groups. In golf, it is important to be mindful of your group and those around you. If you notice a group waiting behind you, be courteous and let them play through. Additionally, if your group stops for refreshments, it is considerate to volunteer to pay for them and offer to buy drinks for the caddies.
Course Care: Although this may not directly apply to the virtual world of Golf Story, course care is an important aspect of real-life golf etiquette. It involves respecting the course by repairing divots, raking bunkers, and fixing ball marks on the green. It also means being mindful of your surroundings and not causing damage to the course with your golf shots.

Coldwind Wastes
Upon entering Coldwind Wastes, the Player will be warned by a man in front of the Pro Shop that a bad storm is coming, so they must play the course quickly. After playing the course, the Player must head north and give Hot Cocoa to three freezing friends. The Player then receives a Fire Ball, which they can use to thaw out frozen people by teeing up at the fire pits and hitting the ice blocks with the fireball.
The Player must then complete The Slipperiest Slope challenge, which involves landing the ball in a circle on ice. After impressing a man with their skills, the Player is tasked with finding three secret holes around the course. After finding the secret holes, the Player is informed that a snow bandit may have the rules book and that there is an undercover agent at Coldwind Wastes.
To infiltrate the Snow Bandit Base, the Player must talk to a girl standing next to a snowmobile who gives them the password to enter ("snow"). The Player must then defeat the bandit in a 9-hole golf match to receive the Tidy Park Rules and complete the storyline in this region.
